    Breakfast is considered one of the most important meals of the day and chef Andrew makes it fabulous!  From baked stuffed French toast covered in a sweet, caramel glaze, to our Eggs Benedict with our handmade Hollandaise sauce, our food is farm to table fresh whenever possible.  Local eggs and products from our own and local gardens make up a large portion of our breakfast dishes.  The maple syrup we serve is also made locally from our very own trees on the property.
